Thank you. We are now processing your request for a new member ID card. Please allow up to 14 business days to receive the replacement UCard (not including weekends or holidays).

• • The replacement UCard mails in a standard letter envelope. The envelope will show the Peoples Health logo and will have a blue ribbon and Important Plan Information printed on it.
  • The card will have an activation sticker on the front. If you need assistance, please contact customer service at the number listed on the back of your card.
