Any payments made will be applied to your account balance within three business days.
The effective date of the withholding is determined by the SSA or RRB. The SSA or RRB will notify you when withholding begins. Please continue to make payments directly to Peoples Health until you receive the notice. If the SSA or RRB does not approve your request, we will notify you. You will then revert to direct bill status and start receiving a monthly invoice.

Member services can accept all other payment change requests over the phone; however, if you would like to send a change request to us in writing, you may also use this form.
