Click here to visit our online payment website. Through the payment website, you can:
- Check your balance
- Pay by credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account
- Store your payment information to save time when making future payments
Any payments made will be applied to your account balance within five business days.
Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer From Your Bank Account
This is different than using your bank account information to pay over the phone or online. With this option, payment is automatically transferred from your bank account on the last business day of each month. To pay through this method:
- Download the Payment Selection Form. If you would like a form mailed to you, contact member services.
- Complete the top portion with your name and member ID number.
- Check “Electronic funds transfer from your bank account each month” and provide the name on the account, the bank routing number, the bank account number, and the account type.
- Sign and date the form.
- Return the completed form along with a voided check to:

Pay by Benefit Check Withholding
You can select withholding from either your Social Security or Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) benefit check. Withholding may take up to three months to begin after the Social Security Administration (SSA) or RRB approves it. In most cases, if the SSA or RRB accepts your request for withholding, the first withholding from your check will include all amounts due, starting with the effective date of the withholding.
The effective date of the withholding is determined by the SSA or RRB. The SSA or RRB will notify you when withholding begins. Please continue to make payments directly to Peoples Health until you receive the notice. If the SSA or RRB does not approve your request, we will notify you. You will then change to direct bill status and start receiving a monthly statement.
To pay through benefit check withholding, contact member services toll-free at 1-800-222-8600, seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. If you contact us on a weekend or holiday, we will reach out to you within one business day. TTY users may call 711. You may also email email@example.com.
Pay by Check or Money Order
Mail your payment to Peoples Health by check or money order each month when you receive your statement. A return envelope is provided with your statement.
Pay by Phone
Call 1-888-488-2515 24 hours a day, seven days a week. TTY users may call 711. You can make a payment by credit card, debit card or electronic funds transfer from your bank account. You can also use our phone system to check your balance. Any payments made will be applied to your account balance within five business days.
Payment Selection Form This is a downloadable form that lists all your payment options. Please note: You are only required to complete and return this form to Peoples Health if you would like to start paying through electronic funds transfer from your bank account. Member services can accept all other payment change requests over the phone; however, if you would like to send a change request to us in writing, you may also use this form.
