If you haven’t seen your PCP this year, call your doctor’s office today and ask to schedule your annual wellness visit. It’s a no-cost visit as part of your plan benefit and an important part of staying in charge of your health.

During your visit, you can review your medications and work with your PCP to create a personalized care plan that includes the screenings and tests you need to help keep you healthy. Talk to your PCP if you have questions about how this visit helps you.
