Peoples Health has launched a new Provider Portal that allows you to quickly and securely retrieve important Peoples Health patient information, including eligibility, authorizations, claims status and benefit details.
The portal provides information formerly available through My Health Connection (HealthTrio). Claims and authorization information is no longer accessible through My Health Connection.
To access the portal, you must register an account by following the steps below.
Visit https://www.peopleshealth.com/providerportal and click Proceed to our sign up process.
Provide your contact information, create a user name and password, and verify your provider information.
To complete the registration process, enter your provider TIN and an associated claim number paid within 180 days.
Once your account registration is complete, you will be directed to the portal’s home page. You will have limited access to content on the portal until a Peoples Health administrator contacts you to authorize and activate your account.
