Peoples Health announced the promotion of Rachael Shirer to director of operations to oversee activities relating to claims processing, 
authorizations, configuration and provider contracting. Over the course of her 10 years with the company, Shirer has held multiple positions, including provider relations representative, and, most recently, systems operations manager. She holds certifications in Amisys Advance 6-Pricing Management, Claims Editing Software, business accounting, medical transcription and court reporting.
