Peoples Health Secure Health (HMO SNP) is available to dual-eligible (that is, people who have both Medicare and Medicaid) residents in the Peoples Health Secure Health (HMO SNP) service area: Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John the Baptist, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Washington and West Baton Rouge parishes in Louisiana.

With Peoples Health Secure Health (HMO SNP), you get more coverage than with Medicare alone for no monthly premium above what you or others on your behalf pay now for your Medicare Part B premium. In addition to medical healthcare services, Peoples Health Secure Health (HMO SNP) also offers Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, preventive dental services and routine vision services for no additional monthly premium.
