Enrolling in Peoples Health Choices Select (HMO-POS) is easy!

You can select any of the following enrollment options:

Enroll by Phone

To enroll in one of our plans over the phone or in person, call toll-free to speak with a plan representative at (800) 978-9765, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Telephone device for the hearing impaired users may call 711.

Enroll by Appointment

To speak with someone about scheduling an appointment, call toll-free to speak with a plan representative at (800) 978-9765, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Telephone device for the hearing impaired users may call 711.

A plan representative will schedule an appointment with you at your home or, if you would prefer, meet you at one of our offices.
