Peoples Health Choices Select (HMO) is available to Medicare-eligible residents in the following Louisiana parishes: Assumption, E. Feliciana, Iberville, Lafourche, Pointe Coupee, St. Helena, St. Mary, Tangipahoa, Terrebonne, Washington, W. Feliciana.

With Peoples Health Choices Select (HMO), you can get more coverage than with Medicare alone. In addition to medical healthcare services, Peoples Health Choices Select (HMO) also offers Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage, preventive dental services and routine vision services.
