A provider network includes the hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers who provide services to Peoples Health Choices 65 (HMO) members. These other healthcare providers are commonly called ancillary providers, and include urgent care centers, diagnostic facilities, long-term acute care centers and skilled nursing facilities, among others.
