Your satisfaction with Peoples Health is important to us. We want to make sure that we and your healthcare providers are not only meeting but exceeding your expectations.
In 2012, we contacted a random sample of our plan members to take our member satisfaction survey. The survey included questions about your satisfaction with your ability to access healthcare services, your interactions with Peoples Health and our representatives, and your understanding of your Peoples Health plan benefits, among others.
