Choices 65, Choices Plus, Secure Health, HealthCare Select, and PHN Employee Plan all share the same network of participating providers--called Peoples Health Network. This network consists of seven area hospital facilities and over 1,000 independent physicians. Over 200 of these physicians are primary care doctors.

To find a network provider, you can either download the provider directory or use our online physician search below.
Physician Search
To find a physician in the Peoples Health Network, select the "Physicians & Prescription Drugs" link under the "Search" tab and fill in the search criteria that is requested to locate a provider.
Physician Contracting
Thank you for your interest in joining the Peoples Health network. If you are an ancillary provider, a hospital or you are interested in becoming a contracted Peoples Health provider in our expanding service area, please send a letter of interest on your official letterhead to:

-Your specialty.
-Which hospitals you are affiliated with and your status with each hospital (i.e. active, courtesy, temporary).
-A copy of your most current C.V. (Curriculum Vitae).
-Your Board Certification status.
