Silver&Fit@Home
Silver&Fit@Home offers you the chance to participate in the same fitness and healthy aging classes provided in the fitness club, in the comfort of your own home, on the Internet or on DVD. When you join, you may choose to receive a Walking Kit, which includes a pedometer and walking program instructions, and/or an Exercise Kit, which includes two exercise classes on DVD, an exercise cord, and handheld weights. These kits are sent separately at different times. You may also obtain a password to access the healthy aging classes on www.SilverandFit.com. If you do not have access to the Internet, the healthy aging classes may be requested on DVD, a selection of which will be sent quarterly.

The Silver Slate
