Peoples Health provides healthcare coverage to eligible employees with the PHN Employee Plan. Serving employees since 1999, it allows flexibility for obtaining healthcare services through three levels of coverage:
Choice 1 (Within Physician Team) - members access covered services within their physician team. This option maximizes the member's savings. Members can access care from any physician in their physician team without a referral.
Choice 2 (Within PHN Employee Plan Network) - members can access care from physicians within the PHN Employee Plan network of providers. Check the online directory to verify if your provider participates in the PHN Employee Plan.
Choice 3 (Outside PHN Employee Plan Network) - members can access care from outside the PHN Employee Plan network.
When you enroll in the PHN Employee Plan, you have access to exceptional benefits, including:
- 100 percent coverage for Choice 1 (Within Physician Team) hospital stays
- Physician office visits for only $10
- No deductibles or coinsurance when utilizing your Choice 1 or Choice 2 benefit levels
- Maternity care (pre- and post-natal) for a $50 comprehensive copay with no charge for lab or radiology services
