Established in 1994, Peoples Health provides over 42,000 plan members with Medicare benefits and services designed to help them optimize their health. Our choice of products include the Choices 65 (HMO), Choices Plus (HMO-POS), Choices Select (HMO-POS), Secure Health (HMO) and Peoples Health Group Medicare (HMO-POS) health plans. Our service territory covers Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Jefferson, Livingston, Orleans, Plaquemines, St. Bernard, St. Charles, St. James, St. John, St. Tammany, Tangipahoa, Washington and West Baton Rouge parishes.
