Peoples Health Group Medicare for OGB plan members is not a standard Medicare health plan. Unlike other Medicare health plans, Group Medicare is a triple-option health plan. As a member, you can access your benefits in one of three ways:

• Within Physician Team - You select a Primary Care Physician (PCP) from the Peoples Health provider network when you enroll. Office visits to your PCP are $5, and your visits to specialists within your Physician Team are only $10.
  
  
• Within Peoples Health network - You can see any specialist in the Peoples Health network without a referral from your PCP with only a $25 copay for each visit.
  
  
• Out-of-Network - You can go to a non-participating or an out-of network provider without a referral from your PCP and still receive Medicare-level benefits.
