CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our call center is our first point of customer service for all of our members and providers. We select call center employees who share our passion for helping others, enjoy working in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.

NURSE PRACTITIONERS

Our dedicated team of nurse practitioners is integral to improving health outcomes for our members so they can live healthier, fuller lives. Our nurse practitioners actively engage with members to provide needed assistance at critical points of care and provide targeted services to help members optimize their health.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Our skilled team of IT professionals provides support for computer-based information systems, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation and maintenance. Our IT department also analyzes and configures software applications to ensure seamless support for our members and providers.

DECISION SUPPORT

Our decision support team provides data analysis used for decision making throughout our entire organization. Decision support staff is skilled at generating innovative reporting tools, which allow our leaders to view standardized data quickly and efficiently to accommodate their needs.

CLINICAL POSITIONS

We employ a wide range of clinical professionals who directly support the care of our members. Our experienced clinical staff serve our members through Peoples Health service centers and primary care clinics, as well as through care coordination and support services within our corporate headquarters.

SOCIAL WORKERS

The Peoples Health care coordination model focuses on our members, and care coordinator social workers are an essential part of our approach to care. Our social workers work closely with members, physicians and nurses to identify problems and craft meaningful solutions that advance member health and well-being.

Once you have completed an application online, you may be contacted by a recruiter for a brief phone screening to discuss the role you’ve applied for, in addition to your experience and what you’re seeking in an employer. Following the screening, you may be scheduled for an in-person interview with our department managers and company leaders. It is important to us that candidates are able to meet with key people within the company for the opportunity to discuss the company and the position they are seeking, so they are well-informed about the role and company culture.

Frequently Asked Questions

I have completed an application online, but when I check the status, it still says “Under Review.” How will I know if my application is moving forward in the process?

If you are identified as a prospective candidate, you will be contacted by a member of our People Team for a brief phone screening.

Will I be contacted if I am not chosen for a position I have applied for?

Due to the number of applications received, it is not possible to contact each applicant to let them know they have not been chosen. If you were brought in for an in-person interview in consideration for a position, you will be contacted by our People Team to let you know our decision.

If I upload my resume, which includes my work experience, do I have to complete the work experience section on the online application?

Yes! Although we appreciate your taking the time to load your résumé into our system, you must complete the entire application for employment, including providing work experience, education and any other information required that may also be on your résumé.

If I am not chosen for a position I have applied for, will I need to complete another application for future positions?

Once you have completed an online profile in our system, you are able to submit a completed application for additional opportunities in the future. However, if you have changed your current job in the meantime, you may want to upload an updated résumé and revise your application, so that our system reflects the most up-to-date information about you.
