Peoples Health Network (PHN) provides healthcare coverage to eligible employees with the PHN Employee Plan. Serving employees since 1999, it is a triple-option plan allowing flexibility through three levels of coverage, which may be accessed at any time:
Choice 1 (Within Physician Team) - Access covered services through your Primary Care Physician (PCP) within your Physicians Team. This option maximizes your savings. Members are able to access care, generally under the guidance of their PCP, from any provider in their chosen Physician Team without a referral.
Choice 2 (Within Peoples Health network) - You can make appointments with and access care from providers within the Peoples Health network who are not on your Physician Team. Check the online directory to verify if your provider participates in the PHN Employee Plan.
Choice 3 (Outside Peoples Health network) - You can make appointments with and access care from providers outside of the Peoples Health network.

- 100 percent coverage for Choice 1 (Within Physician Team) hospital stays
- Physician office visits for only $10
- No deductibles or coinsurance when utilizing your Choice 1 (Within Physician Team) benefit level
- See any provider in our network for only $25 or choose to access your healthcare outside our network for 20 percent coinsurance
- Maternity care (pre- and post-natal) for a $50 comprehensive copay with no charge for lab or radiology services
